What TempMail Is

TempMail is a free web based service that provides temporary disposable email addresses. We act as a frontend interface connecting to third party email providers. We do not operate our own mail server or store any emails ourselves.

What TempMail Is Not

TempMail is not a permanent email service. Email addresses and their contents are temporary and will be deleted automatically. Do not use this service for important or permanent communications.

Acceptable Use

You may use TempMail for legitimate purposes including:

• Avoiding spam on your real inbox
• Testing websites or applications
• One time signups for services
• Protecting your privacy online
• Software development and testing

Prohibited Use

You must not use TempMail for:

• Sending or receiving spam emails
• Fraud, scamming or deceiving others
• Creating fake accounts to manipulate platforms or voting systems
• Harassment or abuse of any person
• Any illegal activity under applicable local, national or international law
• Circumventing security systems in unauthorized ways
• Automated bulk account creation using bots or scripts
• Phishing or identity theft
• Distribution of malware or malicious content
• Any activity that violates the terms of service of Guerrilla Mail or 1secmail whose APIs we use

Service Limitations

You acknowledge and accept that:

• Email addresses are temporary and will expire automatically
• We cannot guarantee email delivery as this depends on third party providers we do not control
• We cannot guarantee continuous availability of the service
• Email contents may be accessible to third party API providers
• We may change or discontinue the service at any time without notice
• Some websites may block email addresses from our providers

No Warranty

TempMail is provided completely free of charge on an as-is basis with no warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees about reliability, availability, accuracy or fitness for any particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use this service. This includes but is not limited to loss of data, missed emails or service interruptions.

Third Party Services

Our service depends on third party email providers including Guerrilla Mail and 1secmail. We are not responsible for their actions, availability or privacy practices. Your use of their services through our interface is also subject to their own terms of service.

Intellectual Property

The TempMail website design and code is our property. You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute our interface without permission. Email content received belongs to respective senders and we claim no ownership over it.

Abuse Reporting

If you believe this service is being used for illegal or abusive purposes please report it immediately to:

We take abuse reports seriously and will cooperate with law enforcement when legally required to do so.

Changes To Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. If any provision is found unenforceable the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
